Eyeliner On Fleek by Purobio Cosmetics offers an intense, semi-matte effect for an intense, defined look.

“On Fleek” is a neologism combining the words fly” and “slick” meaning “stylish” and “beautiful,” in a word “perfect.”

To accommodate all make-up needs, we have designed two different tips:

• Brush tip with ultra precise and thin brush, ideal for achieving refined looks.
• Felt tip with felt tip will allow you to make Cat Eyes, feline eyes, and bold lines, double and graphic strokes.

Also suitable for beginners.

Extreme pigmentation is declined in the must-have shade: black.

The formulation is enriched with organic sage hydrolate,argan oil, silica and glycerin that make the finish semi-matte.

The product is Nickel tested, vegan Ok and is certified organic by ccpb.

METHOD OF USE:

Shake well before use. Draw a precise line along the lashes.
