Exclusively developed by Laboratoires de Biarritz, the active ingredient Alga gorria® neutralizes free radicals and limits cellular damage, making this cream the ideal ally for every outdoor outing, whether at the beach or in the mountains.

Laboratoires de Biarritz Laboratories’ Alga Maris line is the result of careful and thorough scientific research in the field of natural sun protection. The innovative formula of these sunscreens combines dual protection provided by a unique active ingredient, Alga-gorria®, combined with a complex of physical mineral filters.

Active ingredients:

– ALGA-GORRIA®: anti-oxidant, prevents skin damage due to UV exposure and effectively neutralizes free radicals.

– Mineral filter: broad-spectrum protection (UVA+UVB) thanks to micronized titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.

– Organic shea butter: nourishing, repairing and moisturizing. Protects the skin and repairs damage caused by climate aggressions, pollution and UV rays.

– Coconut oil: provides comfort, elasticity, hydration and protection. Coconut oil penetrates easily and deposits a light fragrant layer on the skin.

The mineral filter provides excellent protection from UVA and UVB rays. Red Seaweed (Gelidium Sesquipedale) from which Laboratoires de Biarritz’s exclusive active ingredient Alga-Gorria® is extracted: anti-oxidant, it prevents skin damage due to UV exposure and effectively reduces free radicals also caused by IR. It likewise prevents glycation by preserving skin elasticity (it reduces by 40% the glycation reaction observed in vitro, which makes collagen fibers more fragile, accelerating signs of aging).
