Description

This natural and organic Khadi Red dye gives body, shine to hair. The dye gives a wonderful color with highlights ranging from orange to red. The addition of Amla and Jatropha gives theHenna a darker tone, compared to pure Henna. The natural base color of the hair is crucial to the final result: very dark hair will lighten slightly with this natural dye. Fine hair absorbs color more and therefore is dyed with more intensity. The exposure time also determines the intensity of the result: the longer it is, the more intense it will be. The product is 100 percent natural.

Khadi dyes can also be used on hair previously colored with chemical dyes.

This product is BDIH certified organic.

How to use

Use Khadi Red dye on freshly washed hair with a mild shampoo and pat dry with a towel. In a glass or ceramic bowl, mix the powder with non-boiling hot water until it forms a paste that is not too liquid but not too thick either. Use a wooden or plastic spoon to stir the mixture. Apply the mixture with a brush, separating the hair into strands and starting from the top down.After applying the color put on a plastic shower cap or wrap the hair with plastic wrap so that the paste does not dry out.
At this point wrap your head with a towel or turban to keep it warm.

Leave on for 30 minutes to 2 hours. The setting time depends on the shade you want to achieve: the longer you keep the dye in place, the darker the effect will be. Keep your head warm or use a hair dryer or helmet to decrease the setting time. Rinse only with water without shampoo and avoid, if possible, washing hair or using styling products in the next 24 hours so that the color can develop and fix better on the hair. It should be kept in mind that the color may darken further.
